For 4 weeks now, i have been having standard 1 hour express lunch with them. Cherry always waits for me and in that 1 hour, we would gossip, complain, catch up and then i’m off to the next lesson. Jean and Peggy would join us when their timetable allow. And the students now would more or less arrive on time before i lock them out. I know i have to be firm to bring my point across. I seriously never remember having to let my tutor wait or any client for that matter.
oh well, their nightmare of this unreasonable lecturer would be over soon in another 4 weeks.

Not many people get so many (design) proposals in a week… woohoo…
We are the champions … my friends…

… and we’ll keep on fighting till the end (by Queen)
I went to share some happiness with the Worldskills Team and Andrew is going Calgary next year. Well done man.
Music in their lives

I’ve always enjoyed music, so it was great to relac one corner at andrew’s place and listening to his compositions and Neng recording her guitar piece. Some peeps are just so talented. Douglas would sometimes jam in his cubicle and if i’m lucky, i would get to hear pink floyd “live” right at my cubicle.
Power to xiaolan…

To reward xiaolan for all her hard work all these years, i fed her V-power for the first time
On the way to work a few days back, Andrew saw xiaolan on tpe and he quickly did a checklist:
- Old number plate but looks quite clean, checked
- Sports Rim, checked
- Stickers, checked
Still unsure, he recalled what Daniel said, “can’t see driver”… checked!
Then he called me… wei… let’s go for breakfast.
Racial Harmony Day

I thought it was racial harmony day and wore my modern cheong sam to school, bunned my hair and Sharina told me racial harmony day is July 21…
But that day was Cindy’s birthday, a day where the girls in the class celebrated for her… hee hee…
After much pestering, Mafuar really brought homemade nasi lemak for me and raudha gave me brownies and it saved my day, if not i would have died of gastric attacks. *grateful*
Home front

Shermaine is growing up so fast (and tall) and i sometimes see alot of her in me, which is why i don’t want her to regret later in her life, looking back at wasted time yakking on the phone instead of doing homework. She usually buys me my fav peko chocolate
i went to papa’s room the other nite to greet him as usual, instead of his usual “ah pei, ho bo?”, he held out his hand, i stunt for a while, i didn’t know what to do, should i hold his hand or shake his hand… i just reached out my hand in the end.
then he asked me to sit down and started to MASSAGE my shoulder for me for the first time in my life… wow… so funny… he asked me about my work and tell me how the outside market is so unstable.
Mummy came in and was also stunt… that papa will actually give shoulder massage to his daughter. I gave her the stunt look back.
Attending service

Attending service with someone beats attending alone. I need twice the motivation to get up and drive to church knowing that I wouldn’t be talking to anyone befor or after the service. Last sun, through shavonne’s connection, we managed to have some seats reserved for us at New Creation. A nice service on the Lord’s grace and peace. Shhhh …be still…….
